An anthology movie consisting of 5 stories directed by 5 very prominent directors of Tamil Cinema. Given the constraints in making them, we must say they have all done a pretty amaazing job!
All the stories have the theme of the ongoing Covid crisis and it’s implications making it all the more relatable.
“Illamai Idho” – Directed by Sudha Kongra was a feel good film but failed to catch the point. We felt it was a bit too draggy however the actors had done a commendable job, special kudos to Jayaram.

I’ve never heard of this Novel before until I came across the trailer of its movie version that’s bound to release soon. I was so excited after watching the trailer and the comments that I started reading the book as soon as I found out that it was based on a novel.
Dune is a science-fiction novel set in the distant future amidst a feudal interplanetary society. It revolves around the drug/crop called Melange, also called the Spice which is known for bringing geriatric qualities and improving prescience. It is being extracted from the Planet called Arrakis, which is a highly profitable venture, although the vast lands of Arrakis majorly covered by Desert and the living conditions are harsh with highly restricted sources of water, that too only using some modern technology to extract it.

Well, I have finally managed to finish this book and I like to consider this a big feat because
1)It was just like reading a textbook :p
2)Our first attempt in reading (and completing) a Biography.
3)It was freaking Elon Musks’-the guy who is looking for ways to take up the human civilisation to a whole new level!
